Jason Derülo and his fellow clubgoers are at once exhausted from a party the night before and pumped to party it up even more in the Rich Lee-directed video for “Don’t Wanna Go Home,” which premiered on Wednesday (May 25).

Staged in a warehouse, Derülo’s video feels like it could have easily starred Ke$ha, J.Lo or Britney Spears thanks to its dance sequences, rain and lasers. The video closes out with Derülo and his dancers still enjoying their never-ending party. One line in the song declares, “Daylight come and we don’t wanna go home,” a play on “The Banana Boat Song” made famous by Harry Belafonte.
